Event Rental Information

The Hamp Williams building is located on 510 Ouachita Ave in beautiful Hot Springs, AR. Built in the 1920’s, the rustic warehouse has elegant original stone walls and plenty of space. An entrance leads out into our beautiful courtyard, embellished with a variety of lush greenery and vibrant flowering plants. A covered pavilion is also located on the side of the courtyard and is perfect for small, intimate events.

Rental Costs

• The Great Warehouse will seat approx. 250 and costs $3,000 to rent.
• The Courtyard and Pavilion will seat 150 comfortably costs $1,050 to rent. The Courtyard and Pavilion are included with the rental of the Great Warehouse. Saturday limited availability.

50% deposits are required on all of the above rental spaces. When renting any area, only the space is being rented. Chairs, tables, decorations, food, set up, etc. are NOT included in the rental cost. Prices subject to change without notice.

Cleaning Fees

• Great Warehouse, Courtyard and Pavilion - $250
• Courtyard and Pavilion only - $150

Cleaning fees are in addition to the rental space costs.

Rental Period

The rental time is from 10am-12am on the day you have selected.

Deposit, Security, & Insurance

Deposit is due with contract and the balance is due 120 days before the event. Security for the event and rental insurance is also required.

Event Coordinator

The Hamp Williams Building requires a "professional" event coordinator on premises for the day of your event. It is your responsibility to select and contract with an experienced coordinator who will ensure your event runs smoothly and in a timely manner. Contact information for the coordinator is to be provided for our records 30 days prior to the event date. The coordinator must be on premises and available for your entire block of time in the building. Your coordinator is required to provide a final timeline of activities fourteen days (2 weeks) prior to the event.
